Variable Automatic Resistance

Our Variable Automatic Resistance system on the RC-300 uses a high quality electric motor that allows you to change your workout on the fly with smooth, resistance changes at the touch of a button.

With VAR, you’ll be able to:

  • Run in-built preset programs such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Change resistance at the push of a button.
  • Make Your Own: Set your own workout without having to constantly change resistance

iPad/Tablet/Book Stand

Keep yourself entertained during your workout

Place your tablet, iPad, iPhone or device on the built-in stand. Charge your device (USB) and play your favourite tunes through the High Quality speakers connected via the MP3 AUX 3.5mm Jack.

The stand can also be removed and folded back into the display when not in use.
